Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup roughly of blueberries
- 1 cup roughly of mashed banana
Directions
- Whisk together wet ingredients.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour into a dozen greased muffin cups and bake 20-25 minutes at 400°F.
- Remove from cups immediately and serve warm or store for later.
