Ingredients
- 4 cups of beef stock
- 1/3 cups of uncooked barley
- 2 cups roughly of beef, diced or shredded
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Directions
- Prepare ingredients adding to pot of stock, bring to a boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer 45 minutes or until barley and beef is cooked.
- Cool and serve.
